ज्ञेयं गुरुतरं किञ्चित् प्रदिग्धं गुरुपाकतः । उल्लुप्तं भर्जितं पिष्टं प्रतप्तं कन्दुपाचितम् ॥३५६॥
Meat that is known to be somewhat heavier is the one that has been roasted, cooked well, or prepared by various methods such as charring, grinding, or boiling.

मांस जो कुछ हद तक भारी होता है, उसे भूनना, अच्छे से पकाना, या विभिन्न तरीकों जैसे कि जलाना, पीसना, या उबालना किया जाता है।
