रक्तपित्तहराः शीताः स्निग्धा वृष्या मरुज्जितः । सृष्टमूत्रपुरीषाश्च मधुरा रसपाकयोः ॥१०६॥
The blood-pitta alleviating, cooling, and nourishing substances are those that are beneficial for the reproductive system and those found in arid regions. They are also sweet and effective in digestion and excretion processes.
english translation
रक्तपित्त को कम करने वाले, ठंडे, स्निग्ध और वृष्य (यौन स्वास्थ्य के लिए लाभकारी) पदार्थ, जो मरुस्थलीय क्षेत्रों में पाए जाते हैं। ये पदार्थ स्वाद में मधुर होते हैं और पाचन तथा मल-त्याग प्रक्रियाओं में प्रभावी होते हैं।
