कषायानुरसं नाग्या दधि वर्चोविवर्धनम् । दधीन्युक्तानि यानीह गव्यादीनि पृथक् पृथक् ॥७५॥
Curd that has astringent taste is beneficial for increasing virility. The types of curd used are different from each other, such as those derived from cow, goat, and other sources.

कषाय रसयुक्त दही बलवर्धन के लिए लाभकारी है। विभिन्न प्रकार के दही जैसे कि गाय, बकरी, और अन्य स्रोतों से प्राप्त दही अलग-अलग होते हैं।
