विदाहि सृष्टविण्मूत्रं मन्दजातं त्रिदोषकृत् | स्निग्धं विपाके मधुरं दीपनं बलवर्धनम् ||६७||

Curd is not irritating, helps in the production of urine, is mild in nature, and affects all three doshas. It is nourishing, sweet in taste after digestion, stimulates digestion, and enhances strength.

english translation

दही उत्तेजक नहीं होती, मूत्र के निर्माण में सहायक होती है, मन्दस्वभाव वाली होती है, और त्रिदोषों पर प्रभाव डालती है। यह स्निग्ध होती है, पाचन के बाद मधुर स्वाद वाली होती है, पाचन को उत्तेजित करती है, और बल को बढ़ाती है।
