व्यापन्नं वर्जयेन्नित्यं तोयं यच्चाप्यनार्तवम् | दोषसञ्जननं ह्येतन्नाददीताहितं तु तत् ||१४||

One should always avoid drinking water that has been contaminated or is unfit for use. Such water, which can cause the generation of doshas (imbalances), should be discarded and not consumed.

english translation

जिस जल का संपर्क दूषित हो चुका है या जो उपयोग के योग्य नहीं है, उसे हमेशा टालना चाहिए। ऐसा जल, जो दोषों (असंतुलन) को जन्म दे सकता है, उसे त्याग देना चाहिए और उसे नहीं पीना चाहिए।
