घृतेषु तैलेषु पयःसु चापि मद्येषु मूत्रेषु तथा रसेषु । भक्ष्यान्नलेह्येषु च तेषु तेषु विरेचनान्यग्रमतिर्विदध्यात् ॥९०॥

In ghee, oils, milk, alcohol, urine, and juices, as well as in edible items and medicines, one should administer purgatives accordingly, as prescribed by the severity of the conditions.

english translation

: घी, तेल, दूध, मदिरा, मूत्र और रसों के साथ-साथ खाद्य पदार्थों और औषधियों में, रोग की गंभीरता के अनुसार विरेचन का प्रयोग किया जाना चाहिए।
