घृतेषु तैलेषु पयःसु चापि मद्येषु मूत्रेषु तथा रसेषु | भक्ष्यान्नलेह्येषु च तेषु तेषु विरेचनान्यग्रमतिर्विदध्यात् ||९०||

In ghee, oils, milk, alcohol, urine, and juices, as well as in edible items and medicines, one should administer purgatives accordingly, as prescribed by the severity of the conditions.

english translation

: घी, तेल, दूध, मदिरा, मूत्र और रसों के साथ-साथ खाद्य पदार्थों और औषधियों में, रोग की गंभीरता के अनुसार विरेचन का प्रयोग किया जाना चाहिए।
