गर्भात् प्रभृत्यरोगो यः शनैः समुपचीयते । शरीरज्ञानविज्ञानैः स दीर्घायुः समासतः ॥६॥
A person whose illness, starting from conception, gradually progresses and whose body knowledge and understanding are refined, is considered to have a long lifespan.

एक ऐसा व्यक्ति जिसकी बीमारी गर्भाधान से लेकर धीरे-धीरे बढ़ती है और जिसकी शरीर की जानकारी और समझ परिष्कृत होती है, उसे लंबी आयु वाला माना जाता है।

hk transliteration by Sanscriptद्वे वा तिस्रोऽधिका वाऽपि पादौ कर्णौ च मांसलौ । नासाग्रमूर्ध्वं च भवेदूर्ध्वं लेखाश्च पृष्ठतः ॥८॥
The signs of longevity may also be indicated by the following: if the feet and ears are fleshy, and the nose tip and the top of the head are well-developed, it suggests a longer lifespan. Additionally, if the signs are observed on the back, it further indicates longevity.

जिस व्यक्ति के आयु के लक्षण देखे जाते हैं, उसकी आयु सत्तर वर्षों की होती है। जिनके आयु के लक्षण कम अनुकूल होते हैं, उनके लिए यह संकेत करता है कि उनकी आयु छोटी होगी।
