In this examination, the physician should observe the following features of the patient: The head, neck, and limbs should be examined for their size and strength. The hands and feet should be inspected for their length and the strength of the fingers and toes. The patient’s breath, appearance, and overall posture should be assessed. The body should be checked for signs of dryness or dehydration. The condition of the skin, hair, and head should be noted. The state of the heart should be examined for its strength and health. A patient with a long lifespan will generally exhibit these features. Conversely, if the patient shows the opposite signs, it indicates a shorter lifespan. A person with mixed characteristics indicates a medium lifespan.
