भवन्ति चात्र । गूढसन्धिसिरास्नायुः संहताङ्गः स्थिरेन्द्रियः । उत्तरोत्तरसुक्षेत्रो यः स दीर्घायुरुच्यते ॥५॥

Also, a person with the following characteristics is considered to have a long lifespan: Hidden joints and sinews, Compact and well-proportioned body, Firm senses, Gradual and smooth growth of the body parts.

इसके अतिरिक्त, जिन व्यक्तियों में निम्नलिखित लक्षण होते हैं, उन्हें लंबी आयु वाला माना जाता है: गुप्त जोड़ और नसें, संकेंद्रित और सुव्यवस्थित शरीर, स्थिर इंद्रियाँ, शरीर के अंगों का क्रमिक और सुगम विकास।
