वातमूत्रपुरीषाणि क्रिमयः शुक्रमेव च । भगन्दरात् प्रस्रवन्ति यस्य तं परिवर्जयेत् ॥११॥

A patient suffering from fistula in ano (Bhagandara) from which there is discharge of air, urine, feces, worms, and semen should be avoided.

प्रशूननाभिवृषणं रुद्धमूत्रं रुगन्वितम् । अश्मरी क्षपयत्याशु सिकता शर्करान्विता ॥१२॥

A patient with stone in the bladder (Ashmari) who experiences suppressed urine, pain, and is treated with sugar and honey should be avoided, as the condition rapidly deteriorates.

In the case of abdominal dropsy (Udara), one should avoid the patient who is suffering from side pain, has no aversion to food, is afflicted by swelling, diarrhea, and is filled with different types of fluids.

यस्ताम्यति विसञ्ज्ञश्च शेते निपतितोऽपि वा । शीतार्दितोऽन्तरुष्णश्च ज्वरेण म्रियते नरः ॥१५॥

A person who, due to fever, becomes unconscious, lies down as if fallen, and suffers from internal cold and heat, is likely to die from the fever.
