अमानुषनिषेधश्च तथाऽऽपस्मारिकोऽपरः । उन्मादप्रतिषेधश्च भूतविद्या निरुच्यते ॥४१॥
The prohibition of supernatural actions, the treatment of apasmara (epilepsy), the prevention of unmada (madness), and the principles of bhuta-vidya (spiritual science) are discussed here.
english translation
रसभेदाः स्वस्थवृत्तं युक्तयस्तान्त्रिकाश्च याः । दोषभेदा इति ज्ञेया अध्यायास्तन्त्रभूषणाः ॥४२॥
The distinctions of rasa (taste), the healthy constitution, the methods of treatment, and the divisions of doshas (bodily humors) are to be known as the chapters of the Tantra that embellish the knowledge.
english translation
श्रेष्ठत्वादुत्तरं ह्येतत्तन्त्रमाहुर्महर्षयः । बह्वर्थसङ्ग्रहाच्छ्रेष्ठमुत्तरं वाऽपि पश्चिमम् ॥४३॥
Due to its superiority, this Tantra is considered the best by the great sages. Because it encompasses many aspects of knowledge, it is regarded as superior, even if compared to the later or western ones.

शालाक्यतन्त्रं कौमारं चिकित्सा कायिकी च या । भूतविद्येति चत्वारि तन्त्रे तूत्तरसञ्ज्ञिते ॥४४॥
The four Tantras are: Shalakyatantra, Kumāratantra, Chikitsā Kāyiki, and Bhūta Vidyā. Among these, the Uttara Tantra is the one that is considered superior.
