The treatments for: Prayaschitta: Atonement or repentance treatments. Prashamana: Methods for alleviating symptoms or providing relief. Chikitsa: Therapeutic treatment. The eight types of remedies (Kalpas) include those for the ailments caused by the bites of Dundubhi (a mythical creature), mice, and insects, as well as the formulation of antidotes for poison.

The number of chapters is said to be one hundred and twenty-five. Therefore, the remainder is designated as the concluding Tantra under its own name. This Tantra, ascribed to those who have undertaken its composition, addresses the following issues.
