प्रत्येकं मर्मनिर्देशः सिरावर्णनमेव च । सिराव्यधो धमनीनां गर्भिण्या व्याकृतिस्तथा ॥१६॥
This chapter deals with the description of each vital point (marmas), the details of veins (siras), and the complications (vyakriti) related to pregnant women (garbhini). It also includes an explanation of the arteries (dhamanis).

pratyekaM marmanirdezaH sirAvarNanameva ca । sirAvyadho dhamanInAM garbhiNyA vyAkRtistathA ॥16॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptनिर्दिष्टानि दशैतानि शारीराणि महर्षिणा । विज्ञानार्थं शरीरस्य भिषजां योगिनामपि ॥१७॥
The ten bodily systems (shariiras) have been described by the great sage for the purpose of understanding the body, useful for both physicians and yogis.

nirdiSTAni dazaitAni zArIrANi maharSiNA । vijJAnArthaM zarIrasya bhiSajAM yoginAmapi ॥17॥

A two-fold wound is one that is either immediate or caused by a fracture, affecting Vata (wind) disorders. It includes major conditions like chronic skin diseases, leprosy, and piles.

Treatment for significant skin diseases includes leprosy and disorders related to diabetes, as well as for various types of jaundice.

The treatment for conditions such as obstructed pregnancy, leprosy, and spreading skin diseases, as well as for glandular swellings, elephantiasis, and minor ailments.
