रसज्ञानं वमनार्थमध्यायो रेचनाय च । द्रवद्रव्यविधिस्तद्वदन्नपानविधिस्तथा ॥११॥
"The eleventh chapter deals with the knowledge of Rasa (taste or essence) for purposes of emesis (vomiting) and purgation. It also covers the methods of administering liquids and substances for these treatments."

hk transliteration by Sanscriptसूचनात् सूत्रणाच्चैव सवनाच्चार्थसन्ततेः । षट्चत्वारिंशदध्यायं सूत्रस्थानं प्रचक्षते ॥१२॥
"The twelfth chapter specifies that there are forty-six chapters in the Sutrasthana (the section on principles). This is according to the instruction, the systematization, and the continuity of meaning."
