दृष्ट्वा तु प्रथमे यामे स्वप्याद् ध्यात्वा पुनः शुभम् । जपेद्वाऽन्यतमं वेदं ब्रह्मचारी समाहितः ॥७३॥
"After seeing the omens in the first watch of the night, one should either meditate or repeat any one of the Vedas. A Brahmachari (celibate student) should do this with full concentration to ensure auspicious outcomes."
english translation
"पहले प्रहर की रात को संकेत देख कर, व्यक्ति को ध्यान करना चाहिए या वेदों में से किसी एक का जप करना चाहिए। ब्रह्मचारी को पूरी एकाग्रता से यह करना चाहिए ताकि शुभ परिणाम सुनिश्चित हो सकें।"
