The sight of an envoy, conversation with him, dress, and actions; the bear, time, and date are also signs. The movements of birds are omens.

The country, the physician's speech, and the behavior and mental state of the sick person are to be observed. By these, one can determine whether the condition of the patient is auspicious or inauspicious.
