रक्तपित्तप्रशमनो न च वातप्रकोपणः । विशदो रूक्षपरुषः खरः स्नेहबलापहः ॥२६॥
The type of Vata that alleviates Pitta (bile) is not provoking for Vata itself. It is clear, dry, rough, and harsh, and it diminishes the effects of unctuousness and strength.

वात की वह अवस्था जो रक्तपित्त को शान्त करती है, वह स्वयं वात को उत्तेजित नहीं करती। यह स्पष्ट, सूखा, कठोर और कर्कश होती है, और स्नेह तथा बल को कम करती है।

hk transliteration by Sanscriptपश्चिमो मारुतस्तीक्ष्णः कफमेदोविशोषणः । सद्यः प्राणक्षयकरः शोषणस्तु शरीरिणाम् ॥२७॥
The western Vata is sharp and dries up Kapha (mucus) and Meda (fat). It is immediate in causing depletion of Prana (vital energy) and leads to the drying up of the body.

पश्चिमी वात तीक्ष्ण होती है और कफ तथा मेद को सुखा देती है। यह तुरंत प्राण के क्षय का कारण बनती है और शरीर को शोषित करती है।

The northern Vata is oily, mild, and sweet. It has astringent taste and is cooling, not aggravating the doshas (bodily humors).

उत्तरी वात चिकना, सौम्य और मधुर होती है। इसका स्वाद कषाय (astringent) होता है और यह ठंडी होती है, जिससे दोषों का प्रकोप नहीं होता।

Therefore, in cases of individuals with natural constitution, it is beneficial for increasing strength and reducing weakness, especially for those suffering from diseases related to depletion and poisoning.
