Sushruta Samhita
एवं युक्तरसेष्वेषु द्रव्येषु सलिलादिषु । एकान्तहिततां विद्धि वत्स सुश्रुत नान्यथा ॥१२॥
Thus, understand, O dear one, that substances such as water and others in these categories are exclusively beneficial, according to the reasoning presented. There is no other view, as per Sushruta.

इस प्रकार, हे प्रिय, समझो कि जल और इसी तरह के अन्य पदार्थ केवल लाभकारी होते हैं, जैसा कि प्रस्तुत तर्क में कहा गया है। सुष्रुत के अनुसार, अन्य कोई दृष्टिकोण नहीं है।
