एषां समत्वं यच्चापि भिषग्भिरवधार्यते । न तत् स्वास्थ्यादृते शक्यं वक्तुमन्येन हेतुना ॥३८॥
The equilibrium of these elements, as accepted by physicians, cannot be determined by any reason other than the state of health.
