एषां समत्वं यच्चापि भिषग्भिरवधार्यते | न तत् स्वास्थ्यादृते शक्यं वक्तुमन्येन हेतुना ||३८||

इन तत्वों का संतुलन, जैसा कि चिकित्सकों द्वारा स्वीकार किया जाता है, स्वास्थ्य की स्थिति के अतिरिक्त किसी अन्य कारण से निर्धारित नहीं किया जा सकता।
