शङ्खनाभ्याकृतिर्योनिस्त्र्यावर्ता सा प्रकीर्तिता | तस्यास्तृतीये त्वावर्ते गर्भशय्या प्रतिष्ठिता ||४३||

The womb is described as having a conch-like shape, known as the Trivartā. In its third portion, the embryo is established in the womb.

english translation

गर्भ को शंख जैसी आकृति वाला बताया गया है, जिसे त्रिवर्त के नाम से जाना जाता है। इसके तीसरे भाग में भ्रूण को गर्भ में स्थापित किया जाता है।
