There are five types of muscle groups: four hundred in the branches, sixty-six in the cavities, and thirty-two in the neck. In each toe, there are fifteen, ten in the metatarsals, and they are situated on the foot; there are also twenty in the ankle region, five in the knees, twenty in the thighs, and ten in the metacarpals. In one limb, there are three in the thighs, one in the groin, two in the testicles, five in the sphincters, two in the bladder, and five in the abdomen. There is one in the navel, five long ones situated above the back, six in the sides, and ten in the chest. In the surrounding area of the eyes, there are seven, two in the heart, six in the liver and spleen, four in the neck, eight in the testicles, one in each of the axillae, two in the palate, one in the tongue, two in the lips, two in the nostrils, two in the eyes, four in the cheeks, two in the ears, four in the forehead, and one in the head. Thus, these are the five types of muscle groups.
