विवरानुचरो ग्रन्थिरप्सु बुद्बुदको यथा । एवम्प्रकारो गुल्मस्तु तस्मात् पाकं न गच्छति ॥३१॥
A tumor (Gulma) moves through cavities like a bubble in water, and because of this nature, it does not undergo maturation.

गुल्म जल में बुलबुले की तरह शरीर के विवरों में चलता है, और इसी प्रकार के स्वभाव के कारण यह पकता नहीं है।

vivarAnucaro granthirapsu budbudako yathA । evamprakAro gulmastu tasmAt pAkaM na gacchati ॥31॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptमांसशोणितबाहुल्यात् पाकं गच्छति विद्रधिः । मांसशोणितहीनत्वाद्गुल्मः पाकं न गच्छति ॥३२॥
When there is an abundance of flesh and blood, the tumor matures, but when there is a deficiency of flesh and blood, the tumor does not mature.

जब मांस और रक्त की प्रचुरता होती है, तब गुल्म पकता है, लेकिन जब मांस और रक्त की कमी होती है, तब गुल्म नहीं पकता।

hk transliteration by Sanscriptगुल्मस्तिष्ठति दोषे स्वे विद्रधिर्मांसशोणिते । विद्रधिः पच्यते तस्माद्गुल्मश्चापि न पच्यते ॥३३॥
The tumor persists in its own dosha, and the tumor does not mature because the tumor matures in the flesh and blood.

The tumor in the heart, navel, and bladder that is mature and of the three doshas, then a terrible maturation of the marrow arises.

हृद, नाभि, और बस्ती में जो पक चुका है और त्रिदोषज है, उसके बाद मज्जा का भयंकर पाचन उत्पन्न होता है।
