sanskrit

In the case of Shleshmashmari (Kapha-originated stone), when a person consumes excessively phlegm-producing food, the Kapha accumulates, increases in size, and obstructs the urinary channel. This obstruction causes the bladder to become distended and heavy, similar to a bloated or cold state. The stone in this condition is white, smooth, large, and resembles the color of an egg or the flower of Madhuka. This type is known as Shleshmiki.
