sanskrit

In the case of Vatika Ashmari (Vata-originated stone), when Kapha, saturated with Vata, accumulates and increases in size, it obstructs the urinary channel at the mouth of the bladder. This obstruction leads to severe pain in the bladder, causing the patient to experience intense suffering. The patient may gnash their teeth, press on the umbilicus, rub the scrotum, touch the rectum, experience severe pain, and suffer from difficult urination, defecation, and belching. The stone in this condition is dusky, rough, uneven, and thorny, resembling the flower of the Kadamba tree. This type is known as Vatiki.
