पद्मपुष्करवन्मध्ये पिडकाभिः समाचिताम् । इन्द्रवृद्धां तु तां विद्याद्वातपित्तोत्थितां भिषक् ॥११॥
In the center, resembling a lotus or water lily, and filled with pustules, this condition, known as "Indravriddha," should be understood by physicians as caused by Vata and Pitta.

मध्य में कमल या जलकुम्भी के समान और फुंसियों से भरी हुई, इस अवस्था को "इन्द्रवृद्धा" कहा जाता है, और चिकित्सक इसे वात और पित्त से उत्पन्न समझें।
