देशप्रकृतिसात्म्यर्तुविषवेगबलाबलम् । प्रधार्य निपुणं बुद्ध्या ततः कर्म समाचरेत् ॥३४॥
The treatment should be performed with skill, considering the climate, nature of the land, seasonal factors, and the strength or weakness of the poison. Based on this, the appropriate action should be taken.

उपचार कुशलता से किया जाना चाहिए, जलवायु, भूमि की प्रकृति, मौसमी कारकों और जहर की ताकत या कमजोरी को ध्यान में रखते हुए, इसके आधार पर उचित कार्रवाई की जानी चाहिए।
