जग्धेष्वङ्गेष्वश्वमारस्य मूलं लेपो युक्तः स्याद्विडङ्गैः समूत्रैः । मूत्रैश्चैनं सेचयेद्भोजयेच्च सर्वाहारान् सम्प्रयुक्तान् विडङ्गैः ॥५२॥

A paste made with the root of Ashwamarka and mixed with the powder of Vidanga should be applied to the affected areas. It should be sprinkled with urine, and all meals should be prepared using Vidanga.

english translation

कुष्ठ रोग से प्रभावित स्थानों पर अश्वमार्क की जड़ से बना लेप और विडंग के चूर्ण का मिश्रण लगाया जाना चाहिए। इसे मूत्र से छिड़का जाना चाहिए, और सभी भोजन विडंग का उपयोग करके तैयार किए जाने चाहिए।
