खादेत् कुष्ठी मांसशा(पा)ते पुराणान् मुद्गान् सिद्धान्निम्बतोये सतैलान् । निम्बक्वाथं जातसत्त्वः पिबेद्वा क्वाथं वाऽर्कालर्कसप्तच्छदानाम् ॥५१॥

The person afflicted with leprosy should consume old cooked meat or lentils, as well as boiled nimba (neem) leaves soaked in oil. The decoction of nimba should be consumed or the decoction of the leaves of the Ark plant (Calotropis) and the seven-leaved plant should be taken.

english translation

कुष्ठ रोगी को पुराना पका हुआ मांस या दालें और तेल में भिगोई हुई नीम की पत्तियाँ खानी चाहिए। नीम का काढ़ा पीना चाहिए या आर्क पौधे (कलोट्रोपिस) और सात पत्तों वाले पौधे का काढ़ा लेना चाहिए।
