भवन्ति चात्र- केवलो दोषयुक्तो वा धातुभिर्वाऽऽवृतोऽनिलः । विज्ञेयो लक्षणोहाभ्यां चिकित्स्यश्चाविरोधतः ॥२९॥

Here it is stated that a condition should be diagnosed based on the symptoms and the involvement of doshas (humors) or dhatus (tissues) that are obstructed by air. Treatment should be undertaken without contradiction.
