Equal parts of Trivrit, Danti, Suvarna Kshiri, Satala, Shankhini, Triphala, Vidanga, and Akshata, along with a sufficient amount of Bilva paste, Tilvaka, Mulaka, and Kampillaka, should be combined with the juice of Triphala and curds in two vessels. One vessel should contain ghee, and all should be cooked together; Tilvaka Sarpir is advised for Vata disorders as a soothing and purgative treatment. The procedure for Tilvaka should be observed for Ashokar and Remyaka.
