श्लेष्मान्तत्वाद्विरेकस्य न तामिच्छति तद्विदः । एको विरेकः श्लेष्मान्तो न द्वितीयोऽस्ति कश्चन ॥१६॥

Those who are knowledgeable do not desire a second purgation when the first one has eliminated mucus (Shleshma). There is only one purgation that effectively expels mucus, and there should not be a second one.

english translation

जो लोग ज्ञानी हैं वे दूसरे विरेचन की इच्छा नहीं रखते हैं जब पहले विरेचन से बलगम (श्लेष्म) समाप्त हो जाता है। केवल एक ही विरेचन है जो बलगम को प्रभावी ढंग से बाहर निकालता है, और दूसरा नहीं होना चाहिए।
