शीते वसन्ते च दिवा ग्रीष्मप्रावृड्घनात्यये । स्नेह्यो दिनान्ते पानोक्तान् दोषान् परिजिहीर्षता ॥५१॥
During winter and spring, in the daytime, and in the summer during the rainy season, one should avoid excessive intake of fluids at the end of the day to avoid aggravating the doshas.

One should not administer oil after giving excessively unctuous food, as it can cause intoxication and fainting; the oil should be applied in moderation.
