अथ सम्यङ्निरूढं तु वातादिष्वनुवासयेत् । बिल्वयष्ट्याह्वमदनफलतैलैर्यथाक्रमम् ॥४६॥
Then, after properly administering the enema, one should perform a decoction enema with bilva, yasti, and madana fruits according to the prescribed method.

One should not administer an enema at night, for the disturbances arise at night. The enema mixed with the strength of the oil may cause bloating, heaviness, and fever.
