पित्ते कफस्यानु सुखं प्रवृत्ते शुद्धेषु हृत्कण्ठशिरःसु चापि । लघौ च देहे कफसंस्रवे च स्थिते सुवान्तं पुरुषं व्यवस्येत् ॥९॥

When bile and phlegm are in harmony, and there is comfort in the purified heart, throat, and head, then a person with a light body and a balanced presence of phlegm should be understood as healthy.

english translation

जब पित्त और कफ में सामंजस्य हो, तथा शुद्ध हृदय, कंठ और सिर में आराम हो, तो हलके शरीर और संतुलित कफ वाले व्यक्ति को स्वस्थ समझना चाहिए।
