यथौदकानामुदकेऽपनीते चरस्थिराणां भवति प्रणाशः । पित्ते हृते त्वेवमुपद्रवाणां पित्तात्मकानां भवति प्रणाशः ॥२८॥

Just as when water is removed, all aquatic and stationary creatures perish, so too when excess Pitta is eliminated, all disorders caused by Pitta are eradicated.

english translation

जिस प्रकार जब जल निकाल दिया जाता है तो सभी जलीय और स्थिर जीव नष्ट हो जाते हैं, उसी प्रकार जब अतिरिक्त पित्त को निकाल दिया जाता है तो पित्त के कारण होने वाले सभी विकार समाप्त हो जाते हैं।
