स्वेदैः साध्यो दुर्बलोऽजीर्णभक्तः स्यातां चेद्द्वौ स्वेदनीयौ ततस्तौ | एतेषां स्वेदसाध्या ये व्याधयस्तेषु बुद्धिमान् | मृदून् स्वेदान् प्रयुञ्जीत तथा हृन्मुष्कदृष्टिषु ||२६||

A person who is weak, has difficulty digesting food, or is suffering from specific ailments may benefit from two types of sweating therapies. Among those conditions that can be treated by sweating, a wise person should utilize mild sweating techniques, particularly focusing on the heart, the sense organs, and vision.

सर्वान् स्वेदान्निवाते च जीर्णान्नस्यावचारयेत् | स्नेहाभ्यक्तशरीरस्य शीतैराच्छाद्य चक्षुषी ||२७||

One should consider all forms of sweating to be beneficial, and for those with digested food, one should apply soothing treatments. The body that is imbued with oil should be covered with cooling substances for the eyes.

स्विद्यमानस्य च मुहुर्हृदयं शीतलैः स्पृशेत् | सम्यक्स्विन्नं विमृदितं स्नातमुष्णाम्बुभिः शनैः ||२८||

The heart of one who is sweating should be gently touched with cooling substances, and one should gradually wash the well-sweated, softened body with warm water.

One should feed the person whose body is naturally revealed and covered, who is situated in a sheltered place, without any hindrance, and also instruct them in all conduct.
