कृमिकोष्ठानिलाविष्टाः प्रवृद्धकफमेदसः । पिबेयुस्तैलसात्म्याश्च तैलं दार्ढ्यार्थिनश्च ये ॥१६॥
Those who are afflicted by intestinal worms and have excessive Kapha and Medas should consume oil, as it is beneficial for strengthening and promoting their health.

Those with cruel intentions, who can endure suffering, and those afflicted by Vata, attain the essence of marrow when they consume clarified butter or any of its medicinal preparations.

क्रूर इरादे वाले, कष्ट सहन करने में सक्षम तथा वात से पीड़ित लोग, जब घी या उससे बनी किसी औषधि का सेवन करते हैं, तो उन्हें मज्जा का सार प्राप्त होता है।
