क्रूराशयाः क्लेशसहा वातार्ता दीप्तवह्नयः । मज्जानमाप्नुयुः सर्वे सर्पिर्वा स्वौषधान्वितम् ॥१८॥

Those with cruel intentions, who can endure suffering, and those afflicted by Vata, attain the essence of marrow when they consume clarified butter or any of its medicinal preparations.
