शिशुमारस्य वा खादेत्ते तु वाजीकरे भृशम् । कुलीरकूर्मनक्राणामण्डान्येवं तु भक्षयेत् ॥२६॥
One should eat the flesh of Shishumara or consume Vajikara in abundance; also, one may eat the preparations made from Kuliira, Kurma, and Nakra.
