अतिप्रसङ्गाद्भवति शोषः शुक्रक्षयावहः । व्याधितस्य रुजा प्लीह्नि मृत्युर्मूर्च्छा च जायते ॥१२६॥
Excessive indulgence leads to dryness, resulting in the depletion of vitality. In a sick person, it causes pain, spleen dysfunction, death, and fainting.

अत्यधिक भोग से शुष्कता उत्पन्न होती है, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप जीवन शक्ति का ह्रास होता है। बीमार व्यक्ति में यह दर्द, प्लीहा की शिथिलता, मृत्यु और बेहोशी का कारण बनता है।

During the half of the night and at dawn, when the wind and bile are aggravated, one should avoid contact with those of undesirable birth and those born from inappropriate unions.

अर्धरात्रि और प्रातः के समय, जब वात और पित्त उग्र होते हैं, तब अपशिक्षित जातियों और अनुचित संघों से जन्मे लोगों के संपर्क से बचना चाहिए।

hk transliteration by Sanscriptउपदंशस्तथा वायोः कोपः शुक्रस्य च क्षयः । उच्चारिते मूत्रिते च रेतसश्च विधारणे ॥१२८॥
When there is an aggravation of the wind, leprosy, and depletion of semen, especially when urine is expelled or when there is an elevation in the testicles, one should be cautious.

जब वात, उपदंश और शुक्र का क्षय होता है, विशेष रूप से जब मूत्र निकाला जाता है या अंडकोष में वृद्धि होती है, तब सावधानी बरतनी चाहिए।

hk transliteration by Sanscriptउत्ताने च भवेच्छीध्रं शुक्राश्मर्यास्तु सम्भवः । सर्वं परिहरेत्तस्मादेतल्लोकद्वयेऽहितम् ॥१२९॥
One should avoid all activities that can lead to the depletion of semen, particularly when lying down. Thus, one should refrain from actions harmful to both this world and the next.

एक को शुक्र के क्षय का कारण बनने वाले सभी कार्यों से बचना चाहिए, विशेषकर लेटे हुए। इसलिए, ऐसे कार्यों से परहेज करना चाहिए जो इस संसार और अगले संसार के लिए हानिकारक हैं।

One should not hold onto the semen that is present out of confusion, especially when it is of the same nature and qualities as a woman of similar age and attributes.
