पाणिपादोपरिष्टात्तु छिद्रैर्बहुभिरावृतम् । वल्मीकं यत् सशोफं स्याद्वर्ज्यं तत्तु विजानता ॥५६॥
A wound that is covered with many openings on the upper side of the hand or foot and is accompanied by swelling should be avoided, as understood by the knowledgeable physician.
