प्रवेश्य तुन्नसेवन्या मुष्कौ सीव्येत्ततः परम् । कार्यो गोफणिकाबन्धः कट्यामावेश्य यन्त्रकम् ॥६७॥

The scrotum should be bandaged in the shape of a Gophana-Vandha, and a restraining apparatus (Ghatta-Yantra) should be placed around the waist of the patient to guard against oscillation or hanging down.

अंडकोष को गोफणा-बन्ध के आकार में पट्टी बांधनी चाहिए, और रोगी की कमर के चारों ओर एक रोकने वाला उपकरण (घट्ट-यन्त्र) लगाया जाना चाहिए ताकि वह झूलने या लटकने से सुरक्षित रहे।
