हरेणुकैले च तथा सूक्ष्मचूर्णानि कारयेत् । तच्चूर्णं क्षौद्रसंयुक्तमुपदंशेषु पूजितम् ॥४१॥
Make fine powders with Hareṇuka and Kailāsa. This powder, mixed with honey, is applied as an offering in the mouth.

The bark of milky trees should be combined in a decoction with triphala. The physician should consistently wash the wound with that decoction.
