यदि वा दुर्बलो जन्तुर्न वा प्राप्तं विरेचनम् । निरूहेण हरेत्तस्य दोषानत्यर्थमुच्छ्रितान् ॥२७॥

"If the creature is weak, and if the purgative is not obtained, one should certainly use the enema to remove the defects that have been greatly elevated."

english translation

"यदि प्राणी दुर्बल है, और यदि विरेचन प्राप्त नहीं होता है, तो निश्चित रूप से निरूह का प्रयोग करना चाहिए ताकि अत्यधिक ऊँचे हुए दोषों को हटा सकें।"
