रक्तजायां जलौकोभिः शोणितं निर्हरेद्भिषक् । पिबेद्विरेचनं वाऽपि शर्कराक्षौद्रसंयुतम् ॥११॥
"The physician should remove the blood from the blood-letting leeches. Alternatively, one can drink a purgative mixed with sugar and honey."

"चिकित्सक को हमेशा पित्त संबंधित रोग की प्रक्रिया करनी चाहिए। उसे कफ से संबंधित वृद्धि को बढ़ावा देने के लिए मूत्र और आटे से बने गर्म लेप का उपयोग करना चाहिए।"
