निःशल्यमथ विज्ञाय कर्तव्यं व्रणशोधनम् । धावेत्तिक्तकषायेण तिक्तं सर्पिस्तथा हितम् ॥४१॥
After careful examination, the purification of the wound should be performed. The wound should be washed with a bitter decoction and clarified butter to ensure proper healing.

सावधानीपूर्वक परीक्षण के बाद, व्रण का शोधन करना चाहिए। व्रण को कड़वे काढ़े और घी से धोना चाहिए ताकि उचित रूप से ठीक हो सके।
