‘इहामृतं च सोमश्च चित्रभानुश्च भामिनि । उच्चैःश्रवाश्च तुरगो मन्दिरे निवसन्तु ते ॥६॥
"O radiant one, let Amrita, Soma, Chitrabhanu, and the celestial horse Ucchaishravas reside in your womb."

"May this essence of water, which is Amrita, release your light womb, O woman! Let the deities Agni, Vayu, Surya, and Indra, along with the salt water clouds, grant you peace."

"हे स्त्री, यह अमृत का जल तुम्हारे हल्के गर्भ को मुक्त करे। अग्नि, वायु, सूर्य और इंद्र, तथा लवण जल के बादल तुम्हें शांति दें।"

"Medicines should be prepared as mentioned. If the fetus has died, with the help of a skilled practitioner, using cloth as support and with great care, the hand should enter the womb to retrieve the fetus. If the fetus has entered the lower part of the womb, one should carefully pull it out with one hand while maintaining the other hand in a supporting position. If the fetus has descended to a certain extent, gently press and lift upwards, then pull it out. If it is transverse, lift it from behind while bringing it into a position that allows for proper extraction. If the fetus is not reachable, one should resort to surgical intervention."

"औषधियाँ जैसे उल्लेखित हैं, तैयार की जानी चाहिए। यदि गर्भ मृत हो गया है, तो एक कुशल चिकित्सक की मदद से, कपड़े का सहारा लेकर और बहुत सावधानी से, हाथ को गर्भ में डालकर गर्भ को बाहर निकालना चाहिए। यदि भ्रूण गर्भ के निचले भाग में प्रवेश कर गया है, तो एक हाथ से उसे सावधानीपूर्वक बाहर खींचते हुए, दूसरे हाथ को सहारा बनाए रखना चाहिए। यदि भ्रूण कुछ हद तक नीचे उतर आया है, तो उसे धीरे से दबाकर ऊपर उठाते हुए खींचना चाहिए। यदि यह तिर्यक है, तो इसे पीछे से उठाते हुए एक उचित स्थिति में लाना चाहिए। यदि भ्रूण तक पहुँचना संभव न हो, तो शल्य चिकित्सा का सहारा लेना चाहिए।"

"किसी भी प्रकार से भ्रूण को धारदार उपकरण से नहीं काटना चाहिए। यदि भ्रूण को नुकसान पहुँचता है, तो यह माँ और बच्चे दोनों को गंभीर चोट पहुँचा सकता है।"
