If the fetus has entered the lower part of the womb, one should carefully pull it out with one hand while maintaining the other hand in a supporting position. If the fetus has descended to a certain extent, gently press and lift upwards, then pull it out. If it is transverse, lift it from behind while bringing it into a position that allows for proper extraction. If the fetus is not reachable, one should resort to surgical intervention."
