‘मज्जसार महावीर्य सर्वान् धातून् विशोधय । शङ्खचक्रगदापाणिस्त्वामाज्ञापयतेऽच्युतः’ ॥२६॥
"O mighty one, who possesses the essence of marrow and great potency, cleanse all the elements. The one who holds the conch, discus, and mace commands you, O Achyuta."
english translation
"हे पराक्रमी, जो मज्जा का सार और महान शक्ति रखता है, सभी तत्वों को शुद्ध करें। जो शंख, चक्र और गदा धारण करता है, वह तुम्हें आज्ञा देता है, हे अच्युत।"

hk transliteration by Sanscriptतेनास्योर्ध्वमधश्चापि दोषा यान्त्यसकृत्ततः । अस्नेहलवणां सायं यवागूं शीतलां पिबेत् ॥२७॥
"Thus, the doshas (imbalances) go upward and downward; therefore, one should drink evening preparations made with barley, salt, and ghee."

"इस प्रकार, दोष ऊपर और नीचे जाते हैं; इसलिए, शाम को जौ, नमक और घी से बनी औषधि का सेवन करना चाहिए।"

"A person should consume the oil in this manner for five days, and he should avoid eating the food prepared with mudga (green gram)."

"एक व्यक्ति को इस प्रकार पांच दिनों तक तेल का सेवन करना चाहिए, और उसे मूंग की बनी खाद्य सामग्री से बचना चाहिए।"

hk transliteration by Sanscriptपञ्चभिर्दिवसैरेवं सर्वकुष्ठैर्विमुच्यते । तदेव खदिरक्वाथे त्रिगुणे साधु साधितम् ॥२९॥
"Thus, by following this method for five days, one is freed from all forms of leprosy; the same procedure should be performed with a decoction of khadira thrice the quantity."

"इस प्रकार पांच दिनों तक इस विधि का पालन करने से सभी प्रकार के कुष्ठ रोग से मुक्त हो जाता है; वही प्रक्रिया खदिर के क्वाथ का त्रिगुण मात्रा में किया जाना चाहिए।"

paJcabhirdivasairevaM sarvakuSThairvimucyate । tadeva khadirakvAthe triguNe sAdhu sAdhitam ॥29॥

"One should drink it as before from the side, without any delay for a month; thus, with a body endowed with vitality, one should take the prescribed food."
