रसायनीनां च दौर्बल्यान्नोर्ध्वमुत्तिष्ठन्ति प्रमेहिणां दोषाः, ततो मधुमेहिनामधःकाये पिडकाः प्रादुर्भवन्ति ॥८॥
The doshas of patients suffering from Prameha do not rise upwards due to the weakness caused by the treatments (rasayanas). Therefore, in patients with Madhu-Meha, abscesses manifest in the lower parts of the body.
