कल्कीकृतैर्यथालाभं वर्तिद्रव्यैः पुरोदितैः । पित्तप्रदुष्टान् गम्भीरान् दाहपाकप्रपीडितान् ॥५६॥
Using the appropriate medicinal preparations, one should cleanse those with vitiated pitta, who are deep-seated and afflicted by burning, fever, or pain.
